I wanted the style of the animation to be like a reveal and convey mystery and intrigue at the beginning. It’s all very monochromatic and black and white, but in the last part it’s revealed that there are other color variations and warmer tones are introduced to the scene. 

This is the original storyboard, and although some changes were made later, the final result is very similar to what was planned. Since the main color of the chair is black, I found it interesting to relate it to coal, so I thought it would be a good idea to have the wires that form the structure of the chair come out of a coal-like rock.

These are some style frames that helped to develop the final style. 

Fun fact: the red and yellow color variation of the chair does not exist in reality, the manufacturer only produces two versions, one black, and one white. 

Although I am not an expert in sound design, I always like to add that special touch.
