- Elixir
Elixir is a personal project, it's style is quite abstract and shows
how the chemical elements and ingredients of a cosmetic
product can be mixed to produce the final product.
Story behind Elixir
It all started with this render below, this images was born from a series of practices
and tests I was doing. Then, as I liked the result, I said "why don't I make an animation of this?"
That was the beginning of three months of work and experimentation.

Storyboard
At the beginning I didn't have a clear direction of where I wanted to direct this, so
since I had creative freedom I had the opportunity to experiment a lot and many
ideas came during the process. At a certain point I decided that I should plan
more than what I was going to do so I made a little storyboard that helped me
through the process.
Process
Here's a look at the production process.
Shading and Lighting
This was one of my favorite phases, the scenes mostly used glass shaders so I had to
work a lot on reflections and lighting.
Compositing
After rendering, I did some color corrections and grading, put it all together and
worked on the transitions of some scenes.
